If there are any problems with an order, one of our Customer Support Team will contact you.It is the responsibility of the purchaser to put correct delivery information into the online order form. Desang Ltd is not responsible if incorrect address details are put in and the kitbag, or other items ordered, fail to arrive.


1. Cancellation policy
Provided the order has not been dispatched, you can cancel your order by contacting us on 0370 300 2063. If the item has been dispatched, then it needs to be returned to us and we will refund the value, minus postage.

2. Shipping, postage & packing
We mail kitbags out within a few days of the order being placed and they are mailed by Royal Mail First Class post. See separate pages for more details.

3. VAT
The kitbags and some of the other products in our online store are classified as ‘zero-rated VAT’ in the UK. If you have diabetes, then you are eligible for your goods to be zero-rated for VAT (ie., you will not be charged VAT). Therefore if you are based in the UK, VAT is not included in your order. If you are buying goods for someone else, you will benefit from this lack of VAT on their behalf. The text quoted for VAT relief is as follows: ELIGIBITLITY DECLARATION for VAT relief: I declare that I am the buyer and I have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes (or I am buying an item for a person with diabetes). I am receiving from Desang Ltd goods related to my condition which are being supplied to me for domestic or my personal use and I claim relief from value added tax.

4. Duty and Customs Information
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Desang Ltd cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.

5. Guarantee & returns policy
The kitbags are guaranteed for three months for faults. You can return your order from this site for a full refund within 28 days if you (a) do not like the kitbag (b) your equipment does not fit the kitbag (c) if the kitbag(s) is/are faulty. Please allow 21 days for us to process your return. That allows for the time it take for the post to come to us, for us to process your return or refund, and to post it back to you. Call us if you have any concerns. As per normal EU distance selling directives, we only refund postage on faulty units, not if a customer has changed their mind or does not like the product.
