The Diabetes Research Wellness Foundation (DRWF), in collaboration with Over The Wall, is organising two free virtual one-day camp for families with children aged 0-17 diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.
Campers are given exclusive access to the Camp in the Cloud platform, where they can engage with a mixture of online and real-life activities. There are opportunities for campers and families to interact in real-time with others attending the same event, through secure message boards and fun video calls. Campers are sent a ‘Seriously Fun Box’ in the post, containing resources they need to participate.
The first event takes place on 27 March – closing date is 14 February. The second camp takes place on 16 October. One child in the household must be aged 8-17 years and families must live in England.
